Hardened salt cake is abrasive, hygroscopic and unforgiving on plant. We have spent two decades designing a circuit around exactly that, and the same circuit now handles a wide range of industrial minerals to tight, repeatable grades.

Intake & primary breaking
Set-solid salt cake arrives as blocks and slabs. Our primary breakers open it up without over-generating fines, protecting yield from the first pass.

Milling & precision refining
Mills are matched to the abrasion profile of the feed. Moisture, hardness and residence time are managed so grade is achieved by design, not by re-work.

Screening & classification
Multi-deck screens and air classification cut to your target distribution, with oversize returned to circuit and fines recovered rather than lost.

Handling & storage
Fully mechanised conveying into covered silos and bays. Product stays dry, segregated by batch and free of cross-contamination.

Bagging & dispatch
Automated bagging, weighing, sealing and palletising into bulk bags or 25 kg units, labelled and staged for local road dispatch.
